- Work zone sketch – a red box around your work area on a satellite image. If stages are required indicate. Include sidewalks if they need to be closed. Do not show tapers or buffers. Show the area your project needs closed to traffic for all work and equipment.
- Category and Hazard Assessment – We provide a fillable PDF. This is a legally required document and accuracy is the projects owners responsibility.
- Construction Drawings – Include any contract or design drawings that may assist us in understanding the scope of work.
- Adjoining or conflicting work zones – Are there adjoining traffic impacts we need to co-operate with.
- Local changes – Any road configuration changes that do not show on the satellite image you have provided. Intersection changes, bike lane installations etc.
- Date of work start
- Duration of work
- Closure implementation times
- Active work times
- Any restrictions on traffic impacts the road authority has given.
